Sync Systems designs and deploys AI-powered automation for enterprise operations. We work as long-term technical partners — not one-off freelancers.
Most enterprise operations are full of processes that are manual by accident, not by design. Someone built a workaround years ago, it stuck, and now three people spend their day doing something a well-built system could handle in seconds.
We find those processes. We map them, understand them, and build AI-powered workflows that handle them automatically — with the reliability and auditability that enterprise operations require.
Our engagements are built for the long term. We don't drop a system and disappear. We stay involved, iterate, and expand — because the best automation work compounds over time.
This is what the work looks like in practice — a real problem, a real build, and numbers the client can point to. We let the work speak.
Hospitals email staffing agencies when they need nurses. The first agency to respond with an available nurse gets the assignment. The client's team was manually monitoring Gmail, checking spreadsheets, and replying — a process that took over two minutes per email. Competitors were faster. Assignments were being lost.
An end-to-end automation that monitors incoming assignment emails, parses the request using an LLM, queries real-time nurse availability from a Supabase database, and sends a qualified response automatically. No human in the loop. Nurses update their own availability through a simple web interface we built on Vercel.
"The system never sleeps, never misses an email, and never loses an assignment to a faster competitor at 2am."
We start by understanding your business — not pitching solutions. We map where time is spent, where bottlenecks exist, and where automation creates real leverage.
We design the automation architecture, build it using enterprise-grade tools, and test it rigorously before it touches your operations. Documentation and SOPs included.
We stay involved after deployment. Systems need tuning, businesses evolve, and new automation opportunities emerge. We grow with you.
We work with a small number of enterprise clients at a time. If you have an operations problem worth solving, reach out — the first conversation is just a conversation.
